Privacy Policy for I'm Just A Cube

Last updated: 26 September 2026

I'm Just A Cube ("the game") is a puzzle game published by Nadav Rutman Moshe, trading as Nadaz Games ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the game does with information, in plain language. It applies to the Android and iOS versions of the game.

The short version. The game itself collects nothing about you and sends nothing anywhere. Your progress is saved on your own device. Two things do involve other companies, and only when you choose them: watching a rewarded advertisement, and buying something.

1. What the game stores on your device

The game saves the following in your device's local storage, so that it can remember where you were. The game never sends this information to us or to anyone else. If your phone backs itself up (Google's backup on Android, iCloud on iPhone), that backup can include it, so your progress can come back when you reinstall the game or move to a new phone. That backup is kept in your own Google or Apple account, and we cannot see it:

The game makes no network requests of its own. Its typefaces and artwork are inside the app rather than downloaded, so with advertisements never shown and nothing purchased, the game never connects to the internet at all.

2. Advertisements

The game shows rewarded video advertisements only. There are no banners and no advertisements that interrupt play. A video is shown only after you press a button that says it will play one, in exchange for something in the game such as hints or unlocking a level. You can always play without watching any.

Advertisements are provided by Google AdMob. When an advertisement is requested, Google's advertising software collects and shares the following, as described in Google's own disclosure:

InformationWhat it isUsed for
Approximate locationA general area estimated from your IP address, not your exact positionAdvertising, analytics, fraud prevention
App interactionsEvents such as the advertisement starting, being watched or being closedAdvertising, analytics, fraud prevention
DiagnosticsTechnical performance informationAdvertising, analytics, fraud prevention
Device or other identifiersAdvertising identifier and similar device identifiersAdvertising, analytics, fraud prevention

We never see this information ourselves; it goes to Google. Google's use of it is covered by the Google Privacy & Terms page and the AdMob policies. If you buy the "No Limits" or "Everything" pass, the game stops offering advertisements altogether and none are requested.

3. Children

This game is made for players aged 13 and over, and it is not directed at children under 13. Because a younger player may still pick it up, the first time it opens it asks one question: your age band. Anyone who does not choose an explicitly adult band - including anyone who selects "under 18" and anyone who prefers not to say - is treated as a child for advertising purposes. For those players:

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The game has no accounts, no sign-in, no chat, no social features, no photograph or microphone access, and no way to send anything about a player to us. If you are a parent or guardian and have a question about this game, please contact us at the address below.

4. Consent in Europe

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland and you are an adult, the first time you press a button to watch an advertisement you will be shown a consent form from Google's certified consent tool, asking whether advertisements may be personalised. You can change that answer at any time from Menu → More → Ad Privacy in the game. Players treated as children are not shown the form and always receive non-personalised advertisements.

5. Purchases

Purchases are handled entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Payment is made to them, not to us: we never receive or see your name, your payment card, or your billing address. The store tells the game which items your store account owns, so that the game can unlock them again after a reinstall or on a new device, and the game keeps a copy of that list on your device. Purchases in this game are one-time unlocks; there are no subscriptions.

6. Achievements

If you are signed in to Google Play Games on Android or Game Center on iOS, the game tells that service when you earn one of its achievements (for example, every star in a world), so it appears on your Play Games or Game Center profile. That is the only thing the game sends it. Your profile is kept by Google or Apple under their own privacy policies, not by us, and we never see it. If you are not signed in, nothing is sent.

7. Security, and how long anything is kept

Everything the advertising software sends is encrypted in transit using TLS. We hold no database and no servers, so there is nothing about you for us to keep, lose or hand over. Information saved on your device stays until you delete the game, apart from any copy in your phone's own backup (section 1), which you control from your phone's settings.

8. Your choices

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and the new version appears at this same address. Material changes will also be noted in the game's store listing.
